A classic West Coast American Pale Ale - the hoppy punch is delivered by Citra and Simcoe, balanced with pale malt and Carapils.
To make this All Grain Full Mash Kit, along with your standard fermenting equipment, you will require a suitable Mashing / Boiling Bin for approx 30 litres, to mash the grain at 66 degrees for 1 hour and then boil for approx 70 mins. Full step by step instructions are included
Malts - Pale and Carapils. Hops - Citra and Simcoe. Yeast Fermentis US 05. Extras with this kit - Starbrite Finings, Pure Brew, Britewort Tablet (Included in hop sachet.)
Makes 40 Pints at approx ABV. 5.1 - 6. Colour 11 EBC. Bitterness 67 IBU
