Bottom fermenting lager strain suitable for European lager & pilsner style beers. This yeast will produce soft,delicate and balanced beers with a dry and clean palate. Allowing for a longer 6-8 week lagering period will result in a richer, smoother beer.

Suitable for German/Bohemian Pilsners, all lager styles, German Bocks and more.                      

Sufficient for 23L/5 Gallons. Ferment at 10-15C/50-59F.
