A rounded smooth and rich full malt flavoured beer, The blend of Munich and Vienna malts replicates the beers served at Octoberfest
To make this All Grain Full Mash Kit, along with your standard fermenting equipment, you will require a suitable Mashing / Boiling Bin for approx 30 litres, to mash the grain at 66 degrees for 1 hour and then boil for approx 70 mins. Full step by step instructions are included
Malts - Vienna, Munich, Carapils, Crystal. Hops - Chinook, Mittlefruh. Yeast Lalbrew Novalager. Extras with this kit - Starbrite Finings, Pure Brew, Britewort Tablet (Included in hop sachet.)
Makes 40 Pints at approx ABV. 4.1 - 5. Colour 14 EBC. Bitterness 25 IBU
