Used to allow gasses to escape from your fermenting brew whilst preventing airborne contamination.

Fill to 1/3rd with cooled boiled water and place cap on top.
- To fit this to a standard demijohn or wide neck wine fermenter, you will require either a rubber or cork "one gallon" bung. To fit to a bucket or plastic demijohn you will need the appropriate size grommet.
