  • High Alcohol Mead Yeast with nutrient
  • 28g sachet. Suitable for fermenting up to 25 litres of mead
  • Instructions to make 25 Litres of Mead: Mix 20 litres of water (30-35°C) with 6-9Kg of honey. Check that the liquid temperature is below 30°C and then add 1 sachet of Bulldog Mead Yeast And Nutrient and leave to ferment at between 20-30°C.
